Tips with Mister Mobile: Utilise the back of your iPhone!

Did you know that you can customise functions for the back of your iPhone? Many iPhone users may not realise the full extent of their device’s capabilities, often sticking to the basic functions they are familiar with. Little do they know, there is a world of hidden features waiting to be discovered right at their fingertips.

With just a few simple steps, you can unlock a whole new level of convenience and efficiency!

Here’s how:

Start by opening the Settings app on your iPhone.

1. Select Accessibility: Scroll down and tap on “Accessibility”.

2. Select Touch: Within the Accessibility menu, select “Touch”.

3. Select Back Tap: Scroll to the bottom of the Touch menu and tap on “Back Tap.” This feature allows you to assign actions to double or triple taps on the back of your iPhone. Once in the “Back Tap” menu, choose whether you want to assign an action to “Double Tap” or “Triple Tap.”

4. Choose Your Action: Select the action you would like to assign to the back tap gesture. For example, you can set a double-tap to take a screenshot or turn on the spotlight.

Now, whenever you double or triple-tap the back of your iPhone, it will perform the action you have assigned to it.

Imagine the possibilities!

Whether it is capturing a screenshot with a simple tap or instantly illuminating your surroundings with the flashlight, customising the back of your iPhone opens up a world of convenience. Give it a try and see how customising the back of your iPhone can enhance your user experience!

You may also check the Model Number via Settings > General > About.
Apple

To determine if your device is a local set, check the back of the original box of your Apple device. Look for the Model Nummber (e.g. MRY92ZP/A). All local sets have a Model Number ending with "ZP/A." If your Model Number does not end with "ZP/A," it is an export set.
