5 Simple steps to make your booking:

  1. Find the product you need.
  2. Add to Cart. Proceed to Check-out. No payment is required for online check-out
  3. Enter the promo code found at the check-out page for $3 off. Applicable for all online orders only. No payment is required for online booking
  4.  Wait for my confirmation SMS. (I strive to respond within 1 hour.)
  5. Drop by to get your phone fixed. Pay after I have fixed your phone.

I have made the booking, but where do i pay?

You can make payment via cash, PayNow, GrabPay, or ShopeePay after I have completed the repair, and you have checked that your phone is in good working condition!
I also accept Capital Voucher (only applicable for Bukit Panjang branch) and Frasers Voucher (only applicable for Tampines branch).

How do i receive the booking details?

You will receive an email after you have submitted your order. Subsequently, our admin will be contacting you to follow up Remember to provide a valid contact number and email address!

Understanding How the Price Table Works

Trade-in New Phone

1. Price
  • The displayed price is the highest offer for your device. Payment will be made via PayNow.
  • The price is the same whether you are selling or trading for another device.
  • My prices are updated daily, refresh the page to check the latest rates.
  • Trade-in price applies to up to 3 devices. For bulk trade-ins, contact me to confirm prices before visiting.
  • If your device has been opened or activated for less than 3 days, a deduction will apply.
  • Additional deductions will be made if it has been opened or activated for more than 3 days.

Is your device a local Singapore set or an export set?

You may also check the Model Number via Settings > General > About.
Apple

To determine if your device is a local set, check the back of the original box of your Apple device. Look for the Model Nummber (e.g. MRY92ZP/A). All local sets have a Model Number ending with "ZP/A." If your Model Number does not end with "ZP/A," it is an export set.
